Came in the time they said but the courier delivered it past bedtime

Shipping took a few days longer than we expected but customer service got back to us promptly when we queried it. Everything arrived in good condition and as described.

Didn’t clearly advertise that the sling wasn’t front facing until much later on. I only discovered this on a video when trying to learn how to use it after product arrived.
