Excellent customer service, super responsive and found a better that suitable resolution, even thought I didn’t purchase directly from them. Would highly recommend.

We were originally told it would be 7 days for delivery and once it was looking likely it wouldn't come in that first week we actually had to get in touch with support to update the delivery address and they managed to do this and update us on the status of the order and within another week it had been delivered. We never got any tracking numbers to track the order, so was a surprise when it did turn up, but will let them off seeing as we did have to change the address. The product is excellent and worth the wait.

The material is great quality. My baby loves sleeping in it. He feels very comfortable in it because the feet are outside, allowing for more freedom of movement. I love this product and highly recommend it. I took one star off because I waited too long for delivery. But it was worth the wait.
