Not the best customer service as replying to my queries was not quick and just standard responses. I tried calling, someone answered and I think hung up on me! They then didn’t answer just let the phone ring. That’s rude and it nearly put me off ordering. At this price range, next day free delivery as standard and free returns is a normal expectation now and would also be an improvement. However I’m glad I did order as I LOVE the products.

Think it’s a little disappointing that you have to pay for your own return even when you are returning but ordering another coat

While the staff are incredibly helpful, the amount of time that you have to wait for an order to be delivered is way to long

No answer to telephone or emails until i tried a different address.
