One of my products was going to take longer than the others; the representative told me to make 2 separate orders so that I could at least get the most important materials on time. Seems simple, but it was a great piece of advice. The more important pieces were ready, and although I didn’t get the less important order in time, I was not surprised thanks to the helpful rep.
