I liked the way eprintfast employees interacting as quickly as possible to work with me and ensure that the product input is proper. It saves me from unpleasant surprises. My recent work had some discrepancies and eprintfast showed me a proof first and the error was corrected before going into production. If not I would have to pay twice. Appreciate you guys!
