Automated process is such a pain, I needed to speak to life agent and understand what is going wrong with my order only generic messages came up and I still don’t know what happened with the rest of my order.

The product itself was very well done, but the design process was not easy to navigate, nor was the final proof and the review process for change was complicated as communication through the automated process was not effective.

I was disappointed that you had a promotion on postcard calendars and I was not able to get the discount because I wanted a magnet on the back so clients could hang on there fridge. Therefore it had to be classified as a postcard when in fact it was actually a calendar.

Hi there, I tried your service after my usual provider closed their doors. I was impressed by the website and fair prices, but disappointed with the quality of the business cards I had printed (too grainy and not cut properly). I will unfortunately have to switch providers again unless there is something that can be done to remedy this. Kind regards, Chris Parrish

Hi Great Job thank you. May I ask that the website allow for us to work on the design over a period of time. A one time sitting is often difficult. Also once a design has been ordered can we have that design on the website as a template? thanks. Maria Rayson
