Sprint fast has always done a great job, one thing that may make communication better for customers at least is to offer a "comment" window when we upload/send a file. Had this feature been available I could have put in I needed lamination on # quantity of the order, etc. What happened is I called, then sent email referring to project number but unfortunately my mail was not read and the order was printed and cut and not available for lamination. Kind of a hassle as had to find printer here to finish job. Otherwise always great service

I have experienced a couple of system glitches in the short time I have worked with orders from your site, however, the staff are always very quick and effective in assisting. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The site is very easy to navigate, find what you're looking for, get quick quotes, etc. The one area I wouldn't mind seeing improved a bit is the shopping cart page and being able to edit quantities there rather than having to go through the whole process of finding the item, uploading the design, and adding to cart with the correct quantities.

Great product but your production turnaround time is too long

I wish that you left the back of the card blank or used the Centum logo , now it looks unfinished , just says company name .
