Good selectiion of gluten free products. Very versatile. I can use dairy free milks and I am able to freeze portions like my carrot muffins. We grate lots of carrots and freeze them in two cup portions so we are always ready for baking. I use apple sauce instead of Pineapple.

Like this a lot! Actually use it on toast!
