Epic Hoodie

I cannot give a review as I ordered on 6/9 and still have not recieved

I ordered a sweatshirt in early December for my son. I was hoping to get it by Christmas but that wasn’t the case. I made several attempts to reach them by phone (can only leave voice mail) and by email (no responses). I understand that many of these items may be custom made, but you at least owe customers some sort of time frame, especially around the holidays when you know people are buying gifts. My item was not custom but there was sill no indication of how long it would take to receive.. It finally came January. The fact that there is no customer service rep to speak with is ridiculous.
