Terrible! I've sent 3 emails to support for an exchange/return and got zero response. Thanks for nothing. I am going to light this hoodie on fire and post to Social Media.

customer service was decent. sizes are not normal sizes. I don’t like that I can’t get a full refund for my item when I spoke with a rep about the size I should get before making a purchase. won’t shop here again.

Shipping not the problem the hoodie is the problem it’s a lie that it’s made just for you.

Mask was comically small and cannot be Returned it refunded so the “return policy” is absolute garbage. Personally recommending to everyone I know that they NOT buy from this company.
