Epic Hoodie

Your team was real helpful as far as changing my shipping to priority so I could get it in time for for my girl's birthday but after receiving the hoodie I was definitely disappointed. It's not really a hoodie it's like a long sleeve shirt with a hood for $80 I expected a better quality

It took to long to get here

Because of the printing you guys should reall put a warning in your sales pitch. I wear a 2X, but the hoodie I ordered I would have needed a 4x to fit me. Same with my daughter. She is xtra large and would have needed to order a 3X. So the $150 I spent went to waste.

I never received my hoodie and I had to call my credit card to get my refund. Never received update on my order

Order took wayyyy longer than the website listed it would take to receive. Didn’t get any communication from customer service until I reached out and then took multiple back and forth to get any answers. Did eventually get a $25 refund due to the issues. Once received the sweatshirt was nice but definitely runs SMALL. Will not order from this site again though and don’t recommend to others.
