The second washed it it turned into a white fuzz

I wish the return/exchange process was more straight forward and easier. Can’t really get ahold of anyone either.

Bad with shipping and updates

I ordered a hoodie for my son on 11/8, it said that the hoodie would ship in 7 days and his Bday was on 11/20. By 11/17 I still had received no update so I sent the customer service an email. It took 2 days for them to respond and all they said was they were very busy. The hoodie didn't arrive until 11/26, very unhappy and I wont order from this company again!

Took waaaaaay to long to ship, then got stuck in shipping - alas missed my holiday picture (which was the entire point, even spent extra on shipping)
