Epic Hoodie

I had high hopes, but those were dashed upon receipt of hoodie. I thought, based on price and reviews, that the hoodie would be thick and plush. NOPE! Thin material that attracts lint. Design is great, but the materials are subpar at best. I'm SO glad I didn't pay full price! I would've been pissed.

The product was great. Looks exactly like what I ordered. However, the issue was with shipping. I never got any type of update on when I was supposed to get my package. No word on from who or when my package would be delivered. Upon delivery the bag was busted open but I don't think that was the fault of the Epic Hoodies. Still, the shipping updates could use some work.

Customer service didn't answer all my questions the first time.

The drawing on the hoodie was exactly as the website, colors very vibrant however that is where the positive ends. The quality seemed to be low. The hoodie became fuzzy on the first day of wearing it. It got even worst after washing it ( on delicate). Shipping was another disappointment, it took forever. I had to contact them requesting an update because the time line came and went and still no hoodie. Very disappointed considering how expensive these hoodies are.
