The product is amazing. What was confusing, was I submitted the questionnaire that was required. You sent the product out. Then I got an email saying because I hadn't completed the questionnaire they were going to cancel my order. Not the best experience for this being my first order!

As someone who has tried everything on their skin, I couldn’t recommend Environ more - the most amazing face cream!!! However, the packaging is driving me crazy. The spring mechanism in the bottle is too harsh for the liquid being so light. So every time you use it, it sprays everywhere - on your clothes, on the wall, all over the sink. It is incredibly irritating. I really hope environ sort this out asap because I can’t fault the actual product, but the packaging is enough to turn me away.

I had to do a questionnaire before I received the product, but I didn’t hear from them again and didn’t know if I would receive the product or not. It was delivered to me a few days later

Very hard to understand how to use as writing very small on package. Even with glasses 🤓 on

Has made no difference.
