Customer service bad enough to put you off the product

Will not be buying again. Was an utter pain to order despite using it before via my beautician. Had to complete questionnaire which I did. Apparently I didn’t do it properly. Delayed my order by a week and a half. I’ve already purchased another brand as waited too long. Such a shame as liked using this, but don’t have the time for this level of hassle each time I run out.
