I had to do a questionnaire before I received the product, but I didn’t hear from them again and didn’t know if I would receive the product or not. It was delivered to me a few days later

Very hard to understand how to use as writing very small on package. Even with glasses 🤓 on

I am still waiting for my products I ordered in May. I had to contact the delivery company who said they couldn’t find it, and had to chase Environ twice to get my products re-sent. I was told they would arrive last Friday or today, they are yet to be delivered. Not good enough.

Order never came.

i am a consistent customer, every time i buy my order gets delayed by weeks and this time it hasn’t even been sent.
