Mokumeganeya ( English Store )

An peerless staff at Mokumeganeya! Un paralleled experience. Translating my English into poetic Japanese for the shabui engraving inside my wife’s ring was a delicate and sensitive challenge. Your staff was both patient and meticulous in achieving this remarkable result. Arigatogozaimashita. By the way... my bride would like to arrange for engraving on my ring. Great workmanship, professional customer service. Highly recommended for couples wishing to commission a set of unique wedding bands.

It's a very nice ring

I have been eyeing this place for awhile when I was researching for engagement rings. One day my girlfriend and I decided to stop in just to take a look. We were assisted by Tyler and he was so helpful. He was patient with us. He explained everything in great detail. He helped us picked out the right engagement ring according to our personal preferences. He also introduced us to ideas that we have not thought of ourselves. This store provides so many different options that you can truly make it unique. After much deliberation we decided on the Koi-Kaze as our engagement ring and placed our order. The staff communicated with us and made sure everything was in order. Their service was phenomenal. About a month and a half later our engagement ring arrived at the store. We came to pick it up and it looked amazing. We are very happy with our choice. The craftsmanship was exquisite. You can see that they put a lot of work and thought into the engagement ring. We just love it. We would like to thank Tyler and the rest of the Mokumeganeya team.

Amazing service, great quality
