You as a company did great! It was the decision to use Federal Excuses as the shipper that you dropped the ball. 2 weeks to go from Chicago area to Tampa Fl. is ridiculous, considering I made other purchases and usps took less then a week from further away!! STOP USING FEDEX!!!

I received my tourmaline broken and in pieces. I have emailed three times, and still have not heard back. Very disappointing and poor customer service!!!
