I bought these laced up shoes online since I had a pull on pair I liked. However, they're far from my old shoes, leather is paper like, feels thin and cheap. On top, I could not wear them because the waffle-like sole is not slippery enough, it hurts my knee when I dance.

Rude customer service staff

I ordered size 6 adult ballet shoe as the guidelines stated it will fit for a foot length of 25.5cm. The shoe that I received measured 23.5 cm on stretching. Very disappointed with after sales customer service.

Very unhappy not to be given a refund for 4 items I purchased that were too small - much smaller than was indicated on the size chart.
