I recently received a 4 wick candle and it was broken partylite sent another one out.

One box I had received was kind of beat up & the key rings were missing but company came through. I love Partylite!

In general, I love PartyLite candles. Esp votives and tealites. Used to host many shows back in the inhome shows. Cannot afford to buy unless on sale
