Complaint about missing product
I ordered on line on November 27th 5 products. Order N 4802. I received only 4 products out of the 5. The delivery slip included in the packing released by NSL (your logistics partner) stated that the product 19229 was missing (BL N14000059111). I sent my complaint and the delivery slip to your customer service to ask for delivery of the missing product or reimbursement of the product and I am still waiting for an answer in spite of several reminders sent to hello@pulseprotein.co. Hope that I will get an answer
