Shipping was quick, there were no issues with the order at all, and delivery was within the stated window.

Mattress arrived a bit late but that was couriers fault! When I contacted Emma support they were very helpful in finding what had caused the delay! I ordered a second Emma and that arrived very quickly! Very good service!
