I found the folks who work at Customer Service were knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. I needed to exchange my mattress because the first one was to firm. I had my new mattress within 2 weeks. I am having wonderful sleep now. Thanks Emma Sleeps, you guys ROCK!!!

Received in good condition. The only problem when ordering from another province, is that you are stuck to drag a very heavy box alone from your door step to your bedroom at the other end of the house alone. I'm a 71 year old woman and mother 89, so that was a very big problem. But I have to admit the mattress seems great so far and hope it stays that way. For I dought that you can respect your garantie, cause no way I could send it back. So crossing my fingers. Thank you
