I found the folks who work at Customer Service were knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. I needed to exchange my mattress because the first one was to firm. I had my new mattress within 2 weeks. I am having wonderful sleep now. Thanks Emma Sleeps, you guys ROCK!!!
