I was very disappointed as it took over two weeks to arrive and I could not talk to anyone by telephone all had to be done by email. That to me is not great customer service.

I was actually quite surprised that I received my mattress within 3 business days. There's a lot of misinformation online regarding the company being European and made in Mexico. Fact is that all Emma mattresses shipped to Canada are actually manufactured in Canada.

So far no issues
