Love my new Emma mattress. Super quality mattress and service. Was delivered in time. I was told that the delivery company will contact me about the delivery time but did not happen. That part of the communication could improve. Otherwise, super experience. Thank you!

The experience with Emma was great. The shipping was not good. Very little communication and the box came in very rough shape. Fortunately the mattress was okay.
