Happy with the service. Delivery was slow but well packaged on arrival. Not sure I like the bag. Its internal pockets didn't work well for me, I found there were too many & that the mesh pocket was unnecessary. I found it difficult to see what was in the bag when there was things in all the pockets. Bag felt very well constructed.

Everything was fine - only negative point for me is the fact, that the order is missing in my during the order process created new account.

Love that my kid sits comfortably with shade and has full visibility. The bag is pretty light and the shade cover tucks away nicely when not used. Two complaints - 1) the bag is a little less comfortable than I would have hoped, and 2) I wish there were a pocket e. g. , for water bottle that was accessible without taking the bag off
