Have for nearly 3 years. Brought on many trips. Used on long trip to South America. Luckily it was end of trip when small tear appeared. Sent to Osprey to get repaired, unfortunately they weren't able to fix it. They sent me out a replacement easily. Get comfortable bag, with large opening to access eveything easily. When I was travelling many people were jealous of how i could bring both bags as carry-on
