I really like the fact that you can pause a shipment, because we all know how time gets away from us and we forget to use a packet here and there. I also like the fact that I get an email reminding that its going to be shipped soon so that I have time to pause it. My first packet arrived quickly and so far I have had no issues with packaging or shipment. A very easy process all around.
