Poor customer service - did not respond to my concerns about my baby developing a traction to the products.

Horrible

Sadly, it didn’t help our babies skin. He seems to be very sensitive to everything and his rash has gotten worse with this soap and lotion even though we still only bathe him once or sometimes twice a week

Not living up to the hype, so just a solid waste of money for me.

I had high expectations and it didn’t help.
