Customer service did help me with a return. I’m well aware my return will go in trash since you can’t resell used soap. I had used tubby Todd before but had to return since my baby is allergic to mangos and they let me pass soap on to a friend which was so nice to be able to do. Maybe consider letting people pass on the product instead of wasting time with shipping just to dispose of item.

The product is good. My son just had an allergic reaction to the oatsoap. He had hives as soon as contact.

I am extremely disappointed in that lotion and shampoo. I bought the lotion thinking it would help with my baby's eczema but it actually hurts her when I put it on (it contains alcohol, seriously?) so I can't use it on her. The shampoo leaves her soft baby hair dry. So I'll be using these for me to not waste them but I wouldn't recommend them...
