Unfortunately I have not been able to open my parcel as the Royal Mail have thrown it through a broken window of an inaccessible hut in my garden when I was out instead of taking it back to the delivery office for me to pick up. It’s impossible to access it. I have been in to explain and they refuse to take responsibility. I hope you can help! Elaine

Colour not very red doesn’t last on lip and not straight forward forward to send it back,so very expected lesson.
