Two weeks ago I received tracking info in an email saying my purchase was “on its way”. Still have not received it and there’s no updates. This is pretty expensive product to be paying for so far ahead of receiving it, and have no idea where it is.

Do not like. Caused back issues

Waste of money.

Product was very poor quality - not comfortable, and trapped heat
