*Only giving 5 stars because of the amazing customer service via email. The rest was stressful* The ordering from the store itself had some problems. While it didn’t take long to get my subscription verified, the contact lenses were not set at the correct prescription originally. I had hoped that the issue would be fixed automatically once they took my payment and verified the prescription but that was not the case. I tried to call but the phone lines were busy and I was hung up on frequently so I decided to send an email instead in the hopes someone would help that way. I was super worried that I would end up paying for contact that would be useless (the prescription was set for . 25 but I needed -7. 50). The real star here and what turned this whole experience around was the customer service I got via email. I am really impressed with the speed at which customer service not only resolved my issue but also how quickly they replied. The box arrived days before it was expected and there was even an extra third case of contacts which I did not at all expect.

I absolutely love these contacts! They are better than anything else I’ve tried and the shipping was fast.
