i Have emailed twice explaining i was missing two items in my order and have gotten no response

Will definitely think about ordering from her again. I will have to find another place to order my favorite fragrances from.

Poor packaging! Each of the bottles were dumped into one plastic bag with no cushioning by the NG shipment center! Several bottles broke and leaked fragrance oils covering each throughout the entire bag and it completely ruined the entire order of 15 fragrance bottles! The response from NG was to weigh each individual (ruined) bottle and photograph each bottle while on the scale to see which bottles leaked! Ridiculous! Like it matters? How about replacing your poorly packaged products so you’re not waisting my time and money! This will likely be my last order with NG!
