received wrong product! Ordered and paid for Goat milk soap base received Crystal melt and Pour soap base

Shipping is becoming way too slow currently still waiting on another order that has not shipped ordered a few weeks ago

Shipping took entirely too long. I cannot wait 3+ weeks to receive product

I asked AI assistant for the lids that would fit the 2 ounce double walled jars. Unfortunately AI’s response was 53/400, which was actually too small, and I ordered 80 lids. And because of your no return policy, I now had to purchase 80 one ounce jars, which I didn’t need and go to a different vendor for the correct lids to fit the 2 ounce jars, but because of how those lids are sold I ended having an excess of 16 lids. You should really combine the pair. That would only make sense, so no one has to go on a rat race to try to figure out how jars are engineered!
