Natures Garden - Shopify

I sent in an email when I got my package but I haven’t gotten a response back yet (unless I just haven’t seen it) but my package was packed very poorly and my oils leaked. The labels are all messed up and I lost ounces of oils that I needed. I am really disappointed considering the high cost of The Perfect Man.

I have always been happy with the shipping and service, until my recent order. It was a few days shy of a month to arrive. I also couldn't get information regarding the shipping date even though I sent several emails.

Never had problems before and the one time we did it was resolved immediately

I love everything that I got, came in great time, but one of my products were not as described and you can’t get a hold of anyone in CS. So that was a waste of money, but I otherwise enjoy the oils that I received.

Hope things get better.
