You guys were great

At first I was very disappointed. I ordered a gallon of coconut oil, 6x 1oz fragrances, and 1 lb steric acid. When the box arrived, it was just the coconut oil. The cap had broken and about 1lb had melted out. Fragrances weren't there, nor was the steric acid. At first I reached out via email without much luck. I then called and spoke with a woman named Kim. She was so kind, fun and helpful. She replaced my missing items and they were to me in no time. She truly saved you a customer with her great customer service. Thanks for allowing your employees to do the right thing, and correct these types of mistakes. :)
