Poor customer service.

The audacity to even ask for a review! I placed an order a few months ago, I ordered 3 2oz mica I was sent 3 of the samples! I emailed a few times and got a response after about 3 attempts! They sent out another package with the same 3 sample packs! I emailed again no response since then.

The customer service is not what it used to be. Too bad.

I've not received my order. I ordered November 27 and still no product. USPS indicates that a shipping label was created, but they never received the product for shipment. Very frustrated. I need the product or my money returned. I really want the product ASAP!

I already wrote to your company, but haven’t heard back. I received Tropical Pineapple instead of Tropical Paradise.
