I never had stock issues until I started to see you on Tik Tok. As a small business, I do custom favors and sometimes I am unable to obtain the fragrance I need to fill orders. I try to keep my oils stocked but you cannot always anticipate a customer's request. Other than stock issues, I have never had a bad experience and appreciate the speedy shipping.

I wish replies on email was as quick as it used to be to be

Please fill the bottles again. I don't really care for your new customer service process through email only.

I love NG and have ordered off and on for probably 15 years or more. The only thing holding me back from additional orders is the turnaround time for orders. Understandably this company is in Ohio and travel takes time but when you need raw materials to make your product slower ship times make a difference.
