We purchased the couch online after the previous rental had an amazingly comfortable couch from the same designer. Our previous unit had the Park couch and the super plush super long Foxely Blue Velvet sofa. The Lexington green is firm but comfortable. We needed a couple of end pillows because the arms are quite sturdy. We had this delivered to our apartment in the city. We reached out to customer service about the shipment, availability (during the lumber price spike), etc. the representative was professional and courteous.
