I purchased 2 nasal cradle masks in case I needed another one whilst on holiday. In hindsight this was not a good idea because I have since discovered a nasal cradle cushion (M) is a better fit. Can I exchange the un-opened packet for a new nasal cradle cushion (M), any additional costs I will cover?
