We were desperately searching for a ResMed AirMini which was insanely cheap during their promo period. Had a flight to catch the next day but it was out of stock from all the pharmacies we called. Tulip from ResMed Parnell went out of the way to help us locate an available unit from the other branch and have gotten her colleague to transport it to Parnell on the same day which saves our day!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff who were able to sell me what I was looking for.
