I am impressed. I noticed some nuance in a lesser quality oil that I felt had potential, so i ordered a sample from EB and it is far superior, much more complex. Not flat at all, very dimensional. There is an edge of spice to this that is chaseable. . . I have found this to be typical of EB products over about 10 samples or so. This sample helped "unpack" the reasoning behind the historical applications. I will be studying more on opoponax. Very intriguing, and exponentially deeper than "aromatic" grade
