The first batch I bought of petitgrain sur fleurs a few years ago was wonderful; a blend of petitgrain and neroli. Loved it. Since then it just smells like petitgrain. disappointing.

The fact eden botanicals continues to put heat sensitive labels on items customers will have to treat with heat baths to get product out of the bottle obliterating all information contained on the label, astounds me. After talking to customer service about this and hearing their response, I fear EB has gotten so big, no one cares anymore…just pulling a check. Is it that difficult to order non heat sensitive labels? Perfumers Apprentice figured it out and honestly the label problem is one reason to consider other companies like them to order from. ( Did mentioning your competition get your attention? great) Please fix the problem you created for your customers.
