Thanks for the excellent fast service! The auger motor in our pellet boiler broke down over the weekend and I ordered a replacement from ecospares. It was despatched on the Monday and arrived on the Tuesday. I was able to replace it just before snow arrived!

I phoned Ecospares on a Saturday afternoon not really expecting anything, certainly not someone to actually answer the phone. Tim did answer and despite me not being a current customer and living at the other end of the country, he went to a great deal of trouble to try and resolve the serious issue I was having with my EkoGren boiler. We haven't got there yet, but I am certainly a good deal further forward, so thank you Tim. Great service.
