I want to place an order for accessories but need to add a spare smoker box which you are out of.

Shipping was quick even though it arrived a day later than I was originally told. Very easy setup and assembly. Great entry level smoker. Both of my first smokes came out great. Only subtracting a star because the smoker leaks out the bottom of the door and stained my deck boards. Make sure you put a mat under to prevent this. I thought the door seal would be sufficient but I was wrong.

Seems well built like that it has wheels and A handle. Even the leg kit had wheels on it. FedEx was nice enough to put a dent in the side of it during shipping. Was easy to do initial cleaning and break-in. Remote is a plus. Looking forward to smoking some ribs and a butt in it next weekend

Only used once but pleased with how the unit performed

I canceled the order 2 days before it shipped and it still shipped. At that point I decided I would keep 1 because the quality appeared to be outstanding but when they arrived via Fed Ex in that condition I wanted nothing to do with them. I refused delivery because I didn’t want to be responsible for 2 messed up smokers !
