This is my sixth pair of Earth Shoes I have purchased. The first ones were purchased in person at a retail store but due to the COVID Pandemic restrictions I have ordered my last two pairs online. I have absolutely no complaints about your online process. Your website is very User Friendly and your style selections are quite good. Your responding emails were efficient and with all necessary information in them. Both of my purchases arrived earlier than the ETA which was pleasurable. The packages were well protected and arrived without any damage. One area of confusion, for the Purchaser, would be going onto the U.S. site and not the Canadian site, depending on the currency you wish to purchase with. It also appears the US site has better sales than the Canadian site.....not sure what the reasoning is and I don’t believe it is just the currency exchange.
