Mattress is sinking already

When I ordered the queen sized mattress, I ordered a queen sized mattress protector with it. A Twin XL cover arrived and I sent it back. When the correct size (queen) arrived, it was too large for the queen sized mattress I bought it for. It remains, in its baggy state, on the mattress be a use I am tired of fooling with this company.

Only issue was never got updated on the delivery. The website only had order was being processed and it appeared at my home while I was out of state. If no one was checking my house the box would of been left outside for several days exposing it to weather

the shipping was fast and reliable. the purchasing was easy. but the descriptions of the mattresses are sort of misleading and they don’t withstand the test of time (and by test of time, i mean the test of only 4 months)
