The original candle was bought

The original candle was bought as a gift. I burnt it when I had guest who commented on the lack of aroma. After contacting the excellent customer service team they agreed to exchange a like for like candle if I could visit one of their stores, which I did. The replacement barely made an impact in my snug room, unfortunately but was better than the 1st candle. Because of this and the price bracket I wouldn’t be buying again. The look of the glass jar and the wax burning were great.

Ineffective in actually dispersing the aroma from the scented oil - the talk about low alcohol content for pet owners, etc. , felt like a marketing wheeze

salesperson in store was great

salesperson in store was great but we actually had to visit the store on two different days as the first day we went it was shut for "five minutes" but that ended up being closer to 30 (as in 30 mins later the store was still not open!) this was in the regularly scheduled opening hours. I think if the clock on the sign had been properly set to the time the person would have returned that would have been fine as we could have made a decision, but it wasn't. This was a bit annoying as we had specifically made a trip to the store and checked if it was open, not just passed it while already out. Great visit when we returned another day though!
