Bottles leaked and not full - NO response from Jungle Juice

When I received my order, the box had signs of leakage and smelled. The five bottles inside were only about 1/3 full and had liquid in the plastic shipping bag. The caps and seals were still on the bottles so they must of been exposed to low pressure or high temperature to allow the liquid to leak out. I emailed Jungle Juice and did not get any response.

Worst Customer Service Ever!

Website was not updated with currently unavailable product. I ordered JJ+, but it was out of stock. w/o informing me, they sent JJ Gold, which did not work as well for me. when I emailed for reship or refund, I was told it was company policy to substitute w/o informing customer, it was too late to return, and I was stuck with it. unless you're willing to accept whatever they send you, DON'T ORDER HERE!
