Never received

The product was fine, except for the one bottle that was broken. I emailed the company but as of a week later, I’ve not yet received a response. But, the products that weren’t broken were great.

I ordered JJ platinum. I am not sure what I received

Incorrect and incomplete order. I emailed and called, but no response

The jungle juice 30 mL platinum was only half full and appeared to have been leaking during shipment. The package came and it smelled pretty bad. All bottles were sticky and halfway on legible as well as the packing receipt. Also was not givien the option to prioritize the package delivery in the mail. Don’t know what to do. This has never been a problem before.
